摘 要:糖尿病视网膜病(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病最常见、最为严重的微血管并发症之一,同时也是发展中国家劳动年龄人口失明的主要原因。导致糖尿病视网膜病变的因素众多,相互联系,其发病机制尚不明确。目前,对于DR早期治疗仍然没有十分有效的措施,且DR进展为晚期时可供选择的治疗方法也非常有限,临床主要通过激光治疗和抗血管内皮生长因子药物注射等方法,但效果往往不尽如人意,给患者造成了严重的经济负担。因此,对DR发病分子机制的详细研究和新的治疗药物的开发具有重要意义。Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the most common and serious microvascular complications of diabetes,and it is also the main cause of blindness in working age population in developing countries.There are many factors leading to diabetic retinopathy,which are related to each other.At present,there is still no really effective measures for the early treatments of DR,and the optional treatments for DR in the advanced stage are also limited.The clinical treatment is mainly through laser therapy and anti-vascular endothelial growth factor drug injection,but the effect is often unsatisfactory,causing a serious economic burden to the patients.Therefore,the detailed molecular mechanism studies of DR pathogenesis and the development of new therapeutic drugs are of great significance.
