摘 要:移植后糖尿病(post transplantation diabetes mellitus,PTDM)是肾移植术后的主要代谢并发症之一,携带易感基因等遗传因素已被认为是PTDM发病的重要因素之一。Wnt信号通路可以通过控制相关基因的表达,参与胰腺发育、胰岛功能调节以及胰岛素的产生和分泌,增加PTDM的发病风险。目前已知与肾移植术后PTDM发病有关的Wnt信号通路效应基因包括转录因子7类似物2基因、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体γ基因、过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体α基因、脂联素基因和瘦素基因等。本文主要通过对近几年国内外文献的整理,归纳Wnt信号通路及其基因多态性与PTDM的关系,为以Wnt通路相关基因为靶向的PTDM诊断和治疗提供新思路。Post-transplantation diabetes mellitus(PTDM)is one of the major metabolic complications after renal transplantation.It has been considered that carrying the genetic factors such as the predisposing genes is one of the important factors in the pathogenesis of PTDM.Wnt signaling pathway can increase the risk of PTDM by controlling the expression of genes involved in pancreatic development,regulation of pancreatic islet function and insulin production and secretion.At present,Wnt signaling pathway effector genes related to the pathogenesis of diabetes after kidney transplantation include transcription factor 7 like 2,peroxisome proliferator activated receptor gamma,peroxisome proliferator activated receptor alpha,adiponectin and leptin,etc.This paper summarizes the relationship between gene polymorphism of Wnt signaling pathway and PTDM by sorting out domestic and foreign literatures in recent years,and provides new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of PTDM targeted by genes related to Wnt signaling pathway.
