湖北贝母中异甾体生物碱类成分的研究

摘　　要：目的研究百合科贝母属植物湖北贝母鳞茎中的生物碱类化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法进行分离纯化,采用核磁共振波谱方法(1D-NMR、2D-NMR)鉴定结构。结果从湖北贝母的鳞茎中共分离纯化得到了4个单体化合物,分别鉴定为:异浙贝乙素(Ⅰ)、川贝酮碱(Ⅱ)、贝母素乙(Ⅲ)、湖贝甲素苷(Ⅳ)。结论化合物Ⅰ为新化合物,化合物Ⅱ为首次从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the alkaloid constituents from the bulbs of Fritillaria hupehensis Hsiao et K.C.Hsia.METHODS The silica gel column chromatography was used for the isolation and the purification of compounds,and the spectroscopic methods(1D-NMR and 2D-NMR)were used for the structural identification.RESULTS Four compounds were isolated from the bulbs of F.hupehensis and identified as iso-peiminine(Ⅰ),chuanbeinone(Ⅱ),verticinone(Ⅲ),and hupeheninoside(Ⅳ).CONCLUSION CompoundⅠis a new isosteroidal alkaloid,and compoundⅡis isolated from this plant for the first time.
