摘 要:目的研究不同丛枝菌根真菌(AMF)对不同种源滇重楼根际土壤和幼苗矿质元素的影响。方法通过盆栽试验,采用原子吸收光谱法和凯氏定氮法测定接种9组不同AMF混菌后,4种不同种源滇重楼(T1~T4)根际土壤和幼苗中磷、钾、镁、锰、锌、铜、汞、砷、铅、氮的含量,并进行富集系数及元素相关性分析。结果经S3处理后,贵州野生滇重楼(T1)中锌、锰的含量极显著高于对照组(CK),贵州栽培滇重楼(T4)中氮、磷、钾、镁的含量显著升高,而T1、T4中铅的含量显著低于CK组。经S2处理后,T1中氮、镁、锌和铜的含量显著升高,而铅的含量则低于CK组。富集系数分析表明:对于T4种源,S3处理组氮、磷的富集系数较高,镁的富集系数最高,为39.196,而其余处理组均小于1;T1中锌的富集系数比较高,为14.301。结论不同AMF对滇重楼体内元素的吸收和分配有显著差异,根内球囊霉Rhizophagus intraradices、沙荒球囊霉Septoglomus deserticola、近明球囊霉Claroideoglomus claroideum、明球囊霉Rhizophagus.clarum可作为贵州野生或栽培滇重楼环境友好型AMF菌肥的候选菌株。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of different Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)on rhizosphere soil and seedling mineral elements of Paris polyphylla var.yunnanensis from different provenances.METHODS The pot experiment was conducted,and contents were determined including phosphorus,potassium,magnesium,manganese,zinc,copper,mercury,arsenic,lead and nitrogen in rhizosphere soil,as well as seedlings of 4 different provenances of P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(T1-T4)with 9 groups of different AMF mixed bacteria inoculation by atomic absorption spectrometry and Kjeldahl method.RESULTS In the S3 treatment group,the contents of zinc and manganese in Guizhou wild P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(T1)were significantly higher than control check(CK);the contents of nitrogen,phosphorus,potassium and magnesium in Guizhou cultivated P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis(T4)were significantly increased,and the lead content in T1 and T4 was significantly lower than CK.The content of nitrogen,magnesium,zinc and copper in T1 of the S2 treatment group was significantly increased,while the content of lead was lower than that of CK.The analysis of the enrichment factor showed that the enrichment factor of nitrogen and phosphorus in the treatment group of T4 source S3 was higher,and the enrichment factor of magnesium was the highest at 39.196,while the other treatment groups were all less than 1.The enrichment coefficient of zinc in T1 P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis was relatively high,14.301.CONCLUSION Different AMFs have significant differences in the absorption and distribution of elements in P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis.Rhizophagus intraradices,Septoglomus deserticola,Claroideoglomus claroideum,and Rhizophagus clarum can be used as environmentally friendly Guizhou wild or cultivated P.polyphylla var.yunnanensis candidate strain for type AMF fertilizer.
