摘　　要：党参作为药食同源的补益药,分布于甘肃、山西、四川等省。现对其资源分布、化学成分及药理作用进行综述;在此基础上,根据质量标志物(Q-marker)的科学内涵,基于化学成分、传统功效及药性、可测化学成分、炮制加工方法等方面,利用网络药理学构建党参“成分-靶点-通路”网络关联图,对党参的Q-marker进行预测分析,为建立科学合理的党参质量控制与评价体系提供参考。Codonopsis Radix is a traditional Chinese medicine for tonic,mainly distributed in Gansu,Shanxi,Sichuan and other areas of China.Based on the review of the resource distribution,chemical composition and pharmacological action of C.Radix,according to the theory of quality marker,from the aspects of the chemical components,traditional efficacy and properties,measurable ingredients,different processing methods and"component-target-pathway"network association diagram,the Q-marker of C.Radix is predicted,in order to provide a scientific basis for the quality evaluation of C.Radix.
