妇乐片治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床疗效及其临床作用机制探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨妇乐片治疗盆腔炎性包块的临床疗效及其临床作用机制.方法回顾性分析2019年9月至2021年3月保定市人民医院收治的88例盆腔炎性包块患者的临床资料,按照治疗方式分为两组,采用阿奇霉素联合奥硝唑治疗的为对照组.在对照组基础上,联合妇乐片治疗的为研究组,每组各44例.比较两组治疗后的总有效率、主观疼痛程度、包块大小及血清炎症因子的变化.结果研究组治疗后总有效率为86.36%,高于对照组的68.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后的主观疼痛程度(VAS评分)降低(P<0.05),治疗后研究组的主观疼痛程度(VAS评分)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后的包块大小均减小(P<0.05),研究组治疗后的包块小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组治疗后的IL-18、TGF-β1、MMP-2均减少(P<0.05);研究组治疗后的IL-18、TGF-β1、MMP-2少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论妇乐片可提高盆腔炎性包块的临床疗效,有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,缩小包块大小,可能与调节炎症因子有关.Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and mechanism of fule tablet in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory mass.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with pelvic inflammatory mass treated in Baoding People’s Hospital from September 2019 to March 2021 was analyzed retrospectively.According to different treatment methods, they were divided into two groups, with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin combined with Ornidazole.The study group was treated with fule tablet on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate, subjective pain degree, mass size, pelvic effusion and serum inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 86.36%,which was significantly higher than 68.18% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The subjective pain degree(VAS score) of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the subjective pain degree(VAS score) in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The size of mass and pelvic effusion were significantly reduced in the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).The size of mass and pelvic effusion in the study group was smaller than that in the control group after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-18,TGF-β1 and MMP-2 decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.05).IL-18,TGF-β1 and MMP-2 in the study group were less than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fule tablet can improve the clinical efficacy of pelvic inflammatory mass, effectively reduce the degree of pain and reduce the size of mass, which may be related to the regulation of inflammatory factors.
