摘  要:为研究生物有机肥对苹果腐烂病的影响,以不施生物有机肥为对照,设置了5种生物有机肥处理,研究了不同处理的腐烂病发生情况、防治效果和产量。结果表明,生物有机肥处理效果明显,与对照组相比,在生物有机肥施用量为12 kg/株时防效最好,病斑减退率、病斑防效、新斑减少率、防效分别为85.71%、83.43%、84.21%、57.14%,病斑复发率则降低到18.18%;且显著提高了苹果的单株结果数、单果质量和产量以及苹果的可滴定酸、可溶性糖、可溶性固形物含量和果实硬度。在生物有机肥施用量为8 kg/株时,产量最高,为47.98 kg/株,品质最好,因此,可用生物有机肥预防苹果腐烂病,在生产中推广。In order to study the effect of bio-organic fertilizer on apple rot disease,five bio-organic fertilizer gradient treatments were set up with no application of bio-organic fertilizer as a control to study the occurrence of rot disease lesions,control effect and yield changes.The results showed that the treatment effect of bio-organic fertilizer was obvious.Compared with the control group,the control effect was the best.When the application rate of bio-organic fertilizer was 12 kg/plant,and the reduction rate of disease spots,the control effect of disease spots,the reduction rate of new spots and the control effect were the best,respectively reached 85.71%,83.43%,84.21%,57.14%,and the recurrence rate of lesions was reduced to 18.18%,which significantly improved the number of fruits per plant,the quality and yield of single fruit,and improved the titratable acid,soluble sugar,soluble solids and fruit firmness of apples.When the application rate of bio-organic fertilizer was 8 kg/plant,the maximum yield was 47.98 kg/plant,and the quality was the best.Therefore,bio-organic fertilizer could be used to prevent and control apple rot,and be popularized and applied in production.
