摘 要:设计了三个2榀2跨单层RC框架模型,分别为开窗洞先砌墙(BF)、开窗洞后砌墙(AF)、无墙框架结构(OF),进行了水平往复荷载作用下的拟静力试验。根据试验结果对比三个模型的破坏模式、力-位移滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化曲线,分析填充墙砌筑顺序对底商多层房屋抗震性能的影响。试验结果表明:(1)BF窗间墙柱结合体出现贯通斜裂缝,表现为剪切脆性破坏;AF窗间墙率先发生剪切破坏,框架柱发挥了延性变形能力。(2)AF耗能能力最强,在具备一定抗震强度的同时变形能力最好;BF尽管承载力最大,但变形能力最差。(3)BF、AF的刚度退化曲线在前期的走势基本相同,退化速度较快,前者失效后,后者的刚度退化曲线继续平缓下降,且在同位移下均大于OF的刚度。(4)三组模型中AF延性好、承载力适中,说明在浇筑框架柱后砌筑填充墙的施工工艺对结构抗震最有利。研究结果可为底商多层房屋抗震设计与施工提供参考。A pseudo-static test under horizontal reciprocating load was carried out for three 2-span single-story RC frame models,including the frame model of masonry walls with openings built before casting columns(BF),the frame model of masonry walls with openings built after casting columns(AF),and frame model without infill walls(OF).Comparing the failure modes,force-displacement hysteresis curves,skeleton curves and stiffness degradation curves of the three models,we analyzed the influence of masonry sequence of infill walls on the seismic performance of soft first story structure.As the results show,the combination of wall and column between the windows of BF model presented through-oblique cracks,showing shear brittle failure,and the shear failure firstly occurred in the wall between the windows of AF model,the frame column of AF model demonstrates the ductile deformation ability.The energy dissipation capacity of AF model is the strongest,and it’s deformation ability is best while possessing a certain seismic strength,the deformation ability of BF model is the worst although the bearing capacity of it is the best.In the early stage,the stiffness degradation curves of BF and AF models have shown basically the same trend of fast degradation,however,after BF model fails,the stiffness degradation curve of AF model continues to decline gently,and the stiffness of it remains greater than that of OF model under the same displacement.Among three models,AF model features good ductility and moderate bearing capacity,indicating that the construction technology of masonry walls built after casting columns is most favorable to the seismic resistance of the structure.The results in this paper could provide reference for seismic design and construction of soft first story structure.
