摘  要:目的研究新冠肺炎疫情期间利用“互联网+急救”对三级医院急诊患者就诊时效的影响。方法对照组为随机抽取银川第一人民医院急救中心新冠疫情常态化管理期间,在2020年5至7月经拨打120急救电话并通过该院救护车采用常规急诊流程救治的73例患者;研究组为随机抽取该院2021年5至7月经拨打120急救电话并通过该院救护车采用“互联网+急诊”急诊流程救治的69例患者。对照分析2组患者就诊流程的时效性、接触会诊频次和患者满意度。结果研究组在院内接诊时间、检查时间、诊断时间、见效时间以及平均收住时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组在急诊救治期间医生有接触会诊频次与患者出入急诊大厅频次低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者在急诊救治期间整体满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控期间,充分利用“互联网+急救”可以显著提升三级医院急诊患者就诊时效,同时可有效减少交叉感染及院内感染的可能性。Objective To study the effect of"Internet+first aid"on the timeliness of patients consultation in emergency center of level Ⅲ hospitals during the normalized prevention and control of COVID-19.Methods Comparative analysis was used in this study.The control group consisted of 73 patients who were randomly selected from the first people's hospital of Yinchuan during the normalized prevention and control of COVID-19.The research group consisted of 69 patients who were randomly selected and received the emergency treatment after“Internet+emergency related equipment and process”.The timeliness,contact consultation frequency and patient satisfaction of the treatment process were compared and analyzed.Results The hospital reception time,examination time,diagnosis time,effective time and average residence time of the research group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of contact and consultation between doctors and patients in the research group during emergency treatment was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the research group during emergency treatment was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion“Internet+first aid”can significantly improve the timeliness of patients consultation in emergency center of level Ⅲ hospitals during the normalized prevention and control of COVID-19,and reduce the possibility of cross infection and nosocomial infection.
