拷贝纸透明度影响因素浅析

摘　　要：透明度是拷贝纸的一项极其重要的指标,透明度的高低决定了其品质的好坏。本文通过对拷贝纸生产工艺中纤维原料、打浆参数、表面施胶剂等因素进行对比研究,找出影响拷贝纸透明度的关键性因素,为当前拷贝纸的生产工艺优化提供一定参考。结果表明,纸机参数确定以后,适当提高纤维原料中针叶木浆配比,提高纤维打浆度、打浆浓度,通过表面施胶等方式可以有效提高拷贝纸透明度指标。Transparency is a quite important parameter which largely determines the quality of copy paper.In this paper,through the comparative study of fiber raw material,beating parameters,surface sizing agent and other factors in the production process of copy paper,the key factors affecting the transparency of copy paper were found out,which provides reference for the optimization of the production process of copy paper.The results showed that the transparency index of copy paper could be ef fectively improved by raising the ratio of softwood pulp,increasing the beating degree and beating concentration,and surface sizing.
