再生稻根系内生固氮菌多样性分析

摘  要:根系微生物影响宿主植物的健康和营养吸收。为了解再生稻生长发育过程中根系内生固氮菌变化,以强再生力品种佳辐占和甬优2640为研究对象,基于nifH基因扩增子测序技术对根系内生固氮菌群进行比较分析。研究发现,根系内生固氮菌群多样性随着再生稻生长发育发生变化,在整个生育期慢生根瘤菌属与固氮螺菌属是优势菌属,根系内生固氮菌可以作为生物标记物区分水稻生长发育期。研究结果为深入了解再生稻根系内生固氮菌群随生长发育的变化规律及生物菌肥的开发利用提供了数据和理论依据。The microorganisms of root affect the health and nutrient absorption for host plants.In order to understand the changes of root microorganisms during the growth and development of ratooning rice,the ratooning rice varieties Jiafuzhan and Yongyou 2640 were taken as the research objects,the groups of endophytic nitrogen fixing bacteria were analyzed and compared in the root based on the sequencing technology of nifH gene amplicon.The results indicated that the diversity of endophytic nitrogen fixing bacteria in roots were changed during the growth and development of ratooning rice.The Bradyrhizobium and Azospirillum were the dominant bacteria during the whole period of growth.The growth and development period of rice could be distinguished with the root microbiome as a biomarker.The results will provide a theoretical basis for further understanding the change law of endogenous nitrogen fixing bacteria in the root system of ratooning rice with growth and development and the utilization of biological bacterial fertilizer.
