摘  要:为了提高电压模式控制单电感双输出(single-inductor dual-output, SIDO) Buck变换器的稳定性,引入了交错延迟控制。在开关切换函数和系统状态方程的基础上,建立了最优交错延迟下该变换器的离散迭代映射模型,得出了变换器的工作路径和输入电压变化时的状态分岔图,并分析了变换器的分岔现象。同时与该变换器在无交错延迟下的分岔情况进行了对比分析。最后得到了交错延迟下的雅可比矩阵,并利用特征值对系统进行了稳定性分析。研究表明,在一定区间内,交错延迟能提高系统的稳定性,且电路参数变化影响稳定区间,而最优交错延迟能使稳定性大幅提高,这对提高电压模式控制单电感双输出SIDO Buck变换器的稳定性和分岔控制具有参考意义。In order to improve the stability of voltage-mode controlled single-inductor dual-output(SIDO)Buck converter, interleaved delay control is introduced. Based on the switching functions and state equations,the discrete iterative map model of the converter with optimally interleaved delay is established. The working path of the converter is obtained, and the state bifurcation diagram of the converter is obtained when the input voltage changes, which is analyzed and compared with the occasion without interleaved delay. Finally, the Jacobian matrix with interleaved delay is derived, and the stability of the system is theoretically analyzed by using eigenvalues. The results show that interleaved delay can improve the stability of the system within a certain interval, the circuit parameter changes affect the stable interval of the system, and optimally interleaved delay can greatly improve the stability of the system, which has reference significance for enhancing the stability and bifurcation control of the voltage-mode controlled SIDO Buck converter.
