摘  要:推力轴承冷却器泄漏会导致油盆油混水,降低推力瓦冷却效果,严重的话将造成“烧瓦”,从而引发机组停机,对水轮发电机组安全稳定运行存在较大隐患。通过对梨园水电站推力冷却器铜管材质、水质及运行环境等多方面进行分析,找到其泄漏的原因,提出相关处理建议,为水电站相关专业运维人员提供处理相似问题的理论依据与实际经验。Leakage of thrust bearing cooler will cause oil miscibility in oil basin and reduce cooling effect of thrust bearing.Serious cases will result in burning of thrust bearing,which will lead to unit shutdown and bring great potential hazards to safe and stable operation of hydraulic generator unit.In this paper,the material,water quality and operating environment of copper pipe for thrust cooler of Liyuan Hydropower Station are analyzed.Finally,this paper finds out the reasons for the leakage and puts forward treatment suggestions,which provide theoretical basis and practical experience for relevant professional operators and maintenance personnel of hydropower stations to deal with similar problems.
