大型水电厂调速器油压装置轮换方式的研究

摘　　要：调速器油压装置是为调速器液压调节装置提供控制及操作动力,保证调速器正常运行的重要设备。调速器油压装置出现故障,会造成机组调速器无法工作,严重影响机组稳定运行。通过对阿海水电站调速器油压装置故障进行模拟分析,在不改变轮换逻辑方式的情况下进行了优化完善,提高了机组调速器油压装置可靠性。The oil pressure device of governor is an important equipment which provides control and operating power for the hydraulic adjustment device of governor and ensures the normal operation of governor.The failure of oil pressure device of governor will cause the governor of unit to be unable to work and seriously affect the stable operation of unit.In this paper,the fault of oil pressure device of governor of Ahai Hydropower Station is simulated and analyzed.The oil pressure device of unit governor is optimized and improved without changing the logic mode of rotation,thus improving the reliability.
