大型水轮机座环焊接变形分析及对策研究

摘  要:座环是水轮机重要的过流部件,主要承受着随机组运行工况改变而变化的水压分布载荷以及从顶盖传导过来的作用力,也是水轮发电机组安装的基准件。如在座环上大量焊接会使座环产生较大形变,给水轮发电机机组安装、检修、运行造成较大影响。主要通过对变形原因分析,提出应对的控制变形对策,形成以座环变形量为控制依据的座环焊接动态管理模式,保证座环焊接变形在可控范围内。Seat ring is not only an important overcurrent component of the turbine,but also a benchmark for installation of the turbine-generator unit.It mainly bears the hydraulic pressure distribution load and the force transmitted from the top cover when the operating conditions of the random group change.If a lot of welding is done on the seat ring,the seat ring will be greatly deformed,which will greatly affect the installation,overhaul and operation of the water turbine generator unit.Based on the analysis of deformation causes,this paper puts forward corresponding control measures for deformation,and forms a dynamic management mode of seat ring welding based on the control of seat ring deformation to ensure that the seat ring welding deformation can be controlled.
