摘 要:无故障跳闸是一次系统无故障情况下的断路器误跳闸,分析跳闸原因时较难以入手。系统地对可能引起跳闸的隐患或原因进行分类,主要分为二次回路问题、人为误操作、装置逻辑误动等其他因素,并针对性分析了一起跳闸回路正电源端一点接地电容放电误跳闸事件。特别分析了直流电源回路的系统风险,其中重点分析了直流系统电容和正负对地电压偏差对跳闸继电器正电源端一点接地误跳闸的影响。同时分析了人为误碰风险,举例提出三相不一致二次回路防误碰风险优化方案。最终总结一些有效的防治措施。Fault-free tripping is an incorrect tripping of a circuit breaker when there is no fault in the primary system.This paper systematically analyses and classifies the potential hazards or causes that may cause tripping,which are mainly divided into secondary circuit problems,artificial misoperation,device logic misoperation and other factors.An error trip event of capacitor discharge at one point of positive power supply of tripping circuit is analyzed.In particular,the system risk of DC power supply circuit is analyzed,in which the effect of DC system capacitance and positive and negative voltage deviation on one-point grounding error tripping of tripping relay positive and negative power supply terminals is mainly analyzed.At the same time,the human error collision risk is analyzed,and an example is given to put forward the optimization scheme of anti-collision risk for three-phase inconsistent secondary circuit.Finally,this paper summarizes some effective preventive measures.
