摘  要:该文针对电动汽车直流充电桩内部散热及噪声问题,通过优化直流充电桩内部结构设计,利用切断热风回流通道、设计功率变换模块风量与系统风机风量匹配来实现防热风回流设计,PID调速和调速曲线来实现系统风机调速,以及功率变换模块独立风道的合理设计等措施,使充电桩内部散热更良好,减少内部功率损耗,提高充电效率。以及使用隔音材料等措施,使充电桩低噪声运行,减少对附近居民的影响,对充电场站位置的选取更加多样化。In view of the internal heat dissipation and noise problems of the DC charging pile for electric vehicles,this paper optimizes the internal structure design of the DC charging pile,cuts off the hot air return channel,designs the air volume of the power conversion module to match the air volume of the system fan,and realizes the design of anti-hot air backflow and PID speed regulation.And the speed regulation curve to realize the system fan speed regulation,and the reasonable design of the independent air duct of the power conversion module,etc.,make the internal heat dissipation of the charging pile better,reduce the internal power loss,and improve the charging efficiency.And the use of sound insulation materials and other measures to make the charging pile operate with low noise,reduce the impact on nearby residents,and make the selection of charging station locations more diverse.
