摘  要:内燃机数值模拟是研究内燃机燃烧过程,从而实现高效清洁燃烧的重要手段。柴油机缸内燃烧过程的三维数值模拟包括缸内若干个物理化学过程子模型,如气体流动模型、燃油喷雾混合模型、化学反应模型和传热传质模型等。该文综述了柴油机缸内燃烧过程多维数值模拟计算方法的国内外现状及发展趋势。针对柴油机燃烧多维数值模拟中的CFD计算模型、化学反应动力学基本原理、CFD与化学动力学机理的耦合计算等问题开展了详细分析,以期为相关领域的研究人员提供理论基础。Numerical simulation of internal combustion engine is an important means to study the combustion process of internal combustion engine,so as to achieve efficient and clean combustion.The three-dimensional numerical simulation of the combustion process of diesel engine includes several sub-models of physical and chemical processes in the cylinder,such as gas flow model,fuel spray mixing model,chemical reaction model and heat and mass transfer model.In this paper,the current situation and development trend of multi-dimensional numerical simulation calculation methods of diesel engine in-cylinder combustion process are reviewed.The CFD calculation model,the basic principle of chemical reaction kinetics,and the coupling calculation of CFD and chemical kinetic mechanism in the multi-dimensional numerical simulation of diesel engine combustion are analyzed in detail,in order to provide a theoretical basis for researchers in related fields.
