摘　　要：卡车材料选用了特种合金钢,合金钢材料在温度影响下的力学性能很容易出现改变结构件抗裂纹能力明显下降。该文选择MT4400卡车作为讨论内容,主要从哈尔乌苏露天矿的实际应用场景出发,考虑合金脆性断裂的前因后果,并剖析裂纹成因之后积极说明裂纹控制措施和日常保养方式,希望能够为生产活动的可持续发展延长卡车的寿命。Special alloy steel truck material,alloy steel material under the mechanical properties of structural parts crack resistance,mainly from the practical application scenarios of Halusu open pit mine,considering the cause and effect of alloy brittle fracture,and analyze the cause of crack after the crack control measures and daily maintenance methods,hoping to extend the sustainable development of production activities.
