摘  要:新能源汽车电驱动,电机的能源转化效率一般在80%左右,其余都以热能散发。这会导致电机温度升高,而电机的磁钢的工作温度最高在180°左右与绝缘材料最大绝缘温度在200℃左右,电机的冷却效率直接影响到其寿命。目前,电驱动的电机一般采用水冷冷却,这种冷却方式需要电机内部的热源通过层层材料传递到外部,在被水道中的冷却水带走。而电机线圈内部的绕组,有热阻的存在,从绕组到水冷电机壳,存在温度堆积,导致温度局部堆积,形成局部热点的情况。为提高电机的冷却效果,同时,根据润滑油本身不导磁不导电的特性,对电机磁路无影响,所以电驱动电机油冷是该领域发展方向。The electric drive of new energy vehicles,the energy conversion efficiency of the motor is generally about 80%,and the rest is dissipated as heat energy.This will cause the temperature of the motor to rise,and the maximum working temperature of the magnetic steel of the motor is about 180°and the maximum insulation temperature of the insulating material is about 200°.The cooling efficiency of the motor directly affects its life.At present,electric-driven motors generally use water-cooled cooling,which requires the heat source inside the motor to be transferred to the outside through layers of materials,and then taken away by the cooling water in the water channel.The winding inside the motor coil has thermal resistance.From the winding to the water-cooled motor shell,there is temperature accumulation,which leads to local accumulation of temperature and the formation of local hot spots.In order to improve the cooling effect of the motor,at the same time,according to the non-magnetic and non-conductive characteristics of the lubricating oil itself,it has no effect on the magnetic circuit of the motor,so the oil cooling of the electric drive motor is the development direction of this field.
