纳米银抗菌凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗烧伤创面的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨纳米银抗菌凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗烧伤创面的效果。方法:选取2017年3月—2021年3月该院治疗的烧伤创面患者80例,随机分为对照组(40例,采用纳米银抗菌凝胶治疗)、研究组(40例,在对照组基础上采用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗),比较两组治疗效果、临床指标、愈合率、阳性率、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);研究组的创面愈合时间、住院时间、住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后14 d、21 d愈合率高于对照组,细菌阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纳米银抗菌凝胶联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗效果明显,可缩短愈合时间、住院时间,减轻住院费用,且愈合率高,不良反应发生概率小。Objective: To explore the effect of nano-silver dressing combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel on burn wounds. Methods: A total of 80 patients with burn wounds treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2021 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases, treated with nano silver antibacterial gel) and study group(40 cases, treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel on the basis of the control group). The therapeutic effect, clinical indexes, healing rate, positive rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time, hospitalization time, and hospitalization expenses in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The healing rate of 14 d and 21 d was higher than that of the control group, and the positive rate of bacteria was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Nano-silver antibacterial gel combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel has obvious therapeutic effect, can shorten the healing time, hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization costs, and has a high healing rate and a small chance of adverse reactions.
