摘 要:目的:分析阿奇霉素序贯联合小儿麻甘颗粒对支气管肺炎患儿疗效和炎性因子的影响。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年4月本院收治支气管肺炎患儿72例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法划分成对照组(阿奇霉素序贯治疗)和观察组(除对照组治疗外加以小儿麻甘颗粒),各36例,观察两组治疗有效率、症状缓解时间、住院时间、炎症因子[白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]及不良反应发生率情况。结果:观察组有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%(P<0.05)。观察组咳嗽缓解、气喘缓解、肺喘鸣音消失及住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素序贯联合小儿麻甘颗粒对小儿支气管肺炎有着理想治疗效果,能迅速缓解患儿各项症状,缩短其住院时间,降低其炎性因子水平,同时不会增加不良反应发生风险,安全性较高。Objective: To analyze the effect of azithromycin sequential combined with Xiaoer Magan granules on the efficacy and inflammatory factors in children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods: A total of 72 children with bronchial pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to April 2021 were divided into the control group(sequential treatment with azithromycin) and the observation group(with the addition of Xiaoer Magan granules) according to the random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The effective rate, remission time of symptoms, hospitalization time, inflammatory factors [interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), C-reactive protein(CRP) ] and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 97.22%,which was higher than 77.78% of the control group(P<0.05). The cough relief, asthma relief, lung wheezing disappearance and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-6,IL-8, TNF-α and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: Azithromycin sequential combined with Xiaoer Magan Granules has an ideal therapeutic effect on children with bronchopneumonia. It can quickly relieve the symptoms of children, shorten their hospitalization time, and reduce the level of inflammatory factors without increasing the risk of adverse reactions. It is safe higher.
