摘  要:某铜冶炼侧吹渣铜含量为 1.09%,转炉渣铜含量为 5.98%,侧吹渣和转炉渣按 5∶1 配矿后铜含量为 1.91%。为研究影响炉渣高效回收的因素和工艺条件,对炉渣进行条件试验。试验结果表明:自然缓冷时间和磨矿细度对炉渣回收的影响很大,延长自然缓冷时间、提高磨矿细度以及中矿再磨有利于炉渣中铜的回收。侧吹渣自然缓冷 8 h,转炉渣自然缓冷 36 h,磨矿细度在-0.045 mm 占 85% 的条件下,经过一粗二精二扫和中矿返回再磨的流程后,可获得铜品位为 21.35%、回收率为 90.01% 的铜精矿。The copper content of side-blown slag from a certain copper smelting was 1.09%,the copper content of converter slag was 5.98%,and the copper content of 5:1 blend of the side-blown slag and the converter slag was 1.91%.In order to study the factors and technical conditions influencing efficient slag recovery,conditional test was carried out for the slag.The test results showed that the natural slow cooling duration and grinding fineness had great influence on slag recovery,to prolong the natural slow cooling duration,increase the grinding fineness and regrind the middling were beneficial to copper recovery from slag.On conditions that the side-blown slag was naturally cooled for 8 h,the converter slag was naturally cooled for 36 h and the grinding fineness was-0.045 mm accounting for 85%,after the process flow involving one roughing,two cleaning,two sweeping and middling return for regrinding,the copper concentrate with copper grade of 21.35% and recovery ratio of 90.01% was obtained.
