摘 要:针对循环流化床锅炉主蒸汽温度控制系统存在非线性、多扰动等问题,采用串级控制与模糊控制相结合的控制策略,设计了主蒸汽温度模糊串级控制系统。为了改善该系统的控制性能和控制精度,提出一种改进粒子群优化模糊自整定PID串级控制方法。该方法将时间与绝对误差乘积积分性能指标作为改进粒子优化群算法的适应度函数,对模糊串级控制外回路的模糊自整定PID控制器参数进行优化。仿真结果表明,该控制方法与常规串级PID控制、模糊串级PID控制以及粒子群优化模糊串级PID控制相比,超调量分别降低26.7%、17.4%和5.1%,调节时间分别缩短824 s、664 s和389 s。该方法有效地抑制了扰动侧主蒸汽温度的波动,使得系统在稳定性和自适应能力方面显著提升。For the nonlinear and multi-disturbance problems in main steam temperature control system of circulating fluidized bed boiler,a fuzzy cascade control system for main steam temperature is designed by using a control strategy that combines cascade control and fuzzy control.In order to improve the control performance and control accuracy of the system,a control method of fuzzy self-turning PID cascade based on improved particle swarm optimization is proposed.In this method,the integral performance index of the product of time and absolute error is used as the fitness function of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to optimize the parameters of the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller in the outer loop of the fuzzy cascade control.The simulation results show that compared with the conventional cascade PID control,fuzzy cascade PID control and fuzzy cascade PID control based on particle swarm optimization,the proposed control method reduces the overshoot by 26.7%,17.4%and 5.1%respectively,shortens the regulation time by 824 s,664 s and 389 s respectively,and effectively suppress the fluctuation of main steam temperature on the disturbance side,so that the stability and adaptive ability of the system are significantly improved.
