摘  要:基于传统单节威尔金森功分器结构,通过在输出枝节添加阶跃阻抗结构和额外的传输线进行工作带宽拓展及输出端口宽带匹配,构建了一种小型化宽带功分器设计结构。利用奇—偶模分析法与ABCD矩阵对该结构进行了分析计算。最终设计实现的宽带功分器尺寸为9 mm×12 mm,在8~16 GHz工作频段内,插入损耗小于1.2 dB,端口驻波优于1.5 dB,输出隔离度大于14 dB。该功分器具有结构简单、体积小、工艺实现难度低的优点。Based on the structure of the traditional Wilkinson power divider,a miniaturized wideband power divider is designed by adding stepped-impedance structure and extended transmission lines on the output branch to realize the matching of the working bandwidth and the output port wideband,and the analysis and calculation of this structure is maded by using ABCD matrices and the even-odd mode.Finally,the wideband power divider is realized with the size of 9 mm×12 mm and the working band of 8~16 GHz.The measured results show that the insertion loss is less than 1.2 dB,and the voltage standing-wave ratio(VSWR)of all ports is less than 1.5.Meanwhile,the isolation of output ports is more than 14 dB.The power divider has the advantages of simple structure,small size and low process difficulty.
