摘　　要：中医“肾主骨”理论认为肾与骨之间存在密切的生理和病理关联,但其科学内涵尚未完全阐明。近年来,随着系统论的发展与系统生物学的兴起,该困境有望实现突破。基于系统论思想,以结构和功能为主要维度,可以将中医之肾归结为解剖学肾脏和基于“神经-内分泌-免疫-循环”调节系统基础上的功能肾。因此,本文在中医“肾主骨”理论指导下,全面梳理和阐述肾与骨之间的相互作用及潜在机制,并深入构建肾骨系统,对理解和发展中医“肾主骨”理论及肾骨系统相关疾病的防治和药物开发具有重要意义。There are tightly physiological and pathological connections between the“kidney”and“bone”based on the theory of kidney governing bone in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),but the scientific connotation of this theory has not been fully clarified.As the development of system theory and the rise of system biology in pastdecades,the dilemma is expected to break through.According to the idea of system theory,which regards the structure and function as the main dimension,the“kidney”of TCM can be attributed to the anatomical kidney as well as the“functional kidney”based on the“Neuro-endocrine-immune-circulation”.Therefore,under the guidance of the theory of“kidney governing the bone”in TCM,this paper comprehensively sorts out and expounds the interaction and potential mechanism between the kidney and bone,and deeply builds the kidney-bone system.The prevention and treatment of bone system-related diseases and drug development are of great significance.
