摘 要:灌浆套筒的连接性能直接影响装配式连接节点的抗震性能与结构的整体安全性。试验设置了不同型号、不同灌浆缺陷的半灌浆套筒试件,对灌浆套筒试件进行单向拉伸试验,研究灌浆饱满度、钢筋居中与偏心布置、钢筋直径、后补灌浆料对套筒灌浆连接接头极限抗拉强度以及套筒变形性能的影响。试验结果表明:当灌浆饱满度为50%,套筒试件为钢筋拔出破坏;当灌浆饱满度为60%及以上,套筒试件为钢筋拉断破坏;同一型号灌浆套筒灌浆越饱满,拉拔后试件的伸长越小;钢筋偏心布置会导致灌浆料握裹力降低,试件延性增加,而对钢筋发生断裂破坏的试件极限承载力影响很小,对于钢筋被拔出的试件,承载力会下降;增大钢筋直径,可以显著提高承载力;对前期饱满度低的套筒进行补浆操作可以有效提升其极限荷载,弥补灌浆缺陷。The connection performance of grouting sleeve directly affects the seismic performance of fabricated connection joints and the overall safety of the structure.Semi grouted sleeve specimens with different types and grouting defects were set up in the test.The effects of grouting fullness,reinforcement centering and eccentric arrangement,reinforcement diameter and post grouting material on the ultimate tensile strength of sleeve grouting connection joint and sleeve deformation were studied.The test results show that when the grouting fullness is 50%,the sleeve specimen is pulled out and damaged by reinforcement;when the grouting plumpness is 60%or more,the sleeve specimen is broken by reinforcement tension;the fuller the grouting sleeve of the same model,the smaller the elongation of the specimen after drawing;the eccentric arrangement of reinforcement will reduce the binding force of grouting material and increase the ductility of specimens,but have little effect on the ultimate bearing capacity of specimens with fracture failure of reinforcement,and the bearing capacity of specimens be pull-out of reinforcement will decrease;increasing the diameter of reinforcement can significantly improve the bearing capacity;the grouting operation on the sleeve with low plumpness in the early stage can effectively improve its limit load and make up for grouting defects.
