摘 要:用粉煤灰部分替代水泥制备免烧陶粒是其资源化利用的重要途径之一。免烧陶粒耗能少,成本低,是一种环境友好型材料,但是其制备技术尚不成熟,应用仍有限。本文采用圆锅造粒法,探索粉煤灰免烧陶粒制备工艺。通过两阶段试验,测定制得陶粒的堆积密度和粒径分布,确定较优的工艺参数为:圆锅仰角度数30°、圆锅转速60 r/min;以堆积密度为主要参考指标,确定较优原材料组成质量比为:粉煤灰43%、水泥29%、石灰10%、石膏7%、珍珠岩颗粒7%、珍珠岩粉末4%,并分析了各组分添加量对陶粒堆积密度的影响及其原因。制得的粉煤灰免烧陶粒的性能符合规范要求,并具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。It is one of the important ways to make use of fly ash as a resource to partially replace cement to prepare unfired ceramsite.Non-fired ceramsite is an environmentally friendly material with low energy consumption and low cost,but its preparation technology is not mature yet,and the applications are limited.This paper used the round pot granulation method to explore the preparation technology of fly ash non-fired ceramsite.Through two series of experiments,the bulk density and particle size distribution of the prepared particles were measured,taking the bulk density as the main reference index,the optimum technological parameters were determined as:angle of round pot is 30°,and rotating speed of round pot is 60 r/min.The optimum raw material compositions are:fly ash 43%,cement 29%,lime 10%,gypsum 7%,expanded perlite particles 7%,and expanded perlite powders 4%.The influence of the content of each component on the bulk density of ceramsite was analyzed.The properties of the obtained fly ash non-fired ceramsite met the specification,and fly ash non-fired ceramsite had good economic and environmental benefits.
