摘 要:为探究CFB飞灰在建筑材料中的可行性应用,研究了CFB飞灰与粉煤灰的基本性质,并分析CFB飞灰与粉煤灰在化学组成、物理特性、火山灰活性以及需水性四个方面的差异。研究表明:CFB飞灰与粉煤灰相比,CFB飞灰的CaO、SO_(3)含量较高,SO_(3)主要以CaSO_(4)形式存在,且细度小、比表面积大;CFB飞灰的火山灰活性高,3 d活性指数最大值为67.4%、最小值为63%,7 d活性指数最大值为92.7%、最小值为79.6%,均高于粉煤灰;CFB飞灰的需水性高,需水量比最大值为109%、最小值为103%,均高于粉煤灰。研究结果为CFB飞灰替代粉煤灰在建筑材料中的应用提供参考依据。In order to explore the feasibility of application of CFB fly ash in building materials,the basic properties of CFB fly ash and fly ash were studied,and the differences between CFB fly ash and fly ash in chemical composition,physical characteristics,pozzolanic activity and water demand were analyzed.The result shows that:(1)Compared with fly ash,the content of CaO and SO_(3)of CFB fly ash is higher,SO_(3)mainly exists in the form of CaSO_(4),with small fineness and large specific surface area;(2)the pozzolanic activity of CFB fly ash is high,the maximum and minimum values of activity index of 3 d are 67.4%and 63%respectively,and the maximum and minimum values of activity index of 7 d are 92.7%and 79.6%respectively,both of which are higher than fly ash;(3)the water demand of CFB fly ash is high.The maximum and minimum of water demand ratio are 109%and 103%respectively,which are both higher than fly ash.The research results provide reference for the application of CFB fly ash instead of fly ash in building materials.
