摘 要:运用能量守恒定律及结合实际运行数据,创建集中供暖系统实际动态数学模型,并用于控制策略模拟。模拟结果显示,采用室内温度和当量室外温度相结合的补偿控制策略,可实现供暖年度节热11%-15%的经济效益。根据二次网回水温度动态响应及特征,实现二次网水力平衡,进而保障“站-网-户”联合优化运行。对某公司3座换热站应用这种控制原理,对比分析了两年度的实际运行数据。结果显示:通过二次网水力平衡和换热站供需匹配,可降低热用户投诉率和能耗指标,为进一步实现“站-网-户”联合优化运行提供良好条件。Combining with the law of conservation of energy and actual operational data,a dynamic mathematical model of a district heating system was developed and was utilized for control strategy simulations.The result had shown that,the control strategy by using indoor air temperature and equivalent outdoor air temperature compensation together could achieve heat saving about 11%~15%in a heating season compared with original control system.According to the dynamic responses and characteristics of the secondary return water temperature,the hydraulic balance could be fulfilled,and then the jointed optimal operation of“substation-pipe network-user”might be reached especially.By applying the described control principle for 3 substations of a district heating company,the actual operational data was compared and analyzed between 2 district heating periods.The results were shown that the customer complaint rate and energy consumption index were reduced and better conditions of implementing“substation-pipe network-user”combined optimal control based on hydraulic balance in secondary systems and supply–requirement marching in substations.
