摘 要:针对某高校地源热泵系统单U型地埋管换热器的换热性能问题,使用Spaceclaim进行三维建模,再利用FLUENT软件对地埋管及其周围土壤进行模拟分析,在连续运行工况下分析了埋管热响应半径变化;并在相同工况下对比分析了钻井间距、钻井深度以及埋管进口流速对埋管换热器的进出口温差以及单位井深换热量的影响。结果表明,单U型地埋管埋管间距布置在5-6 m;埋管深度在90-100 m;且埋管进口流速在0.6 m/s-0.8 m/s时,埋管换热器具备较高的效率。此时埋管布置即能够避免投资过高又能解决占地面积过大的问题。Aiming at the heat transfer performance of single U-tube heat exchanger of ground source heat pump system in a university,Spaceclaim is used for three-dimensional modeling,and FLUENT software is used to simulate and analyze the buried pipe and its surrounding soil.The change of thermal response radius of buried pipe is analyzed under continuous operating conditions.Under the same conditions,the effects of drilling spacing,drilling depth and inlet velocity of buried pipe on the inlet and outlet temperature difference of buried pipe heat exchanger,heat exchange per well depth and single well heat exchange are compared and analyzed.The results show that the spacing of single U-shaped buried pipe is arranged in 5-6 m.The buried depth is 90-100 m.When the inlet velocity of the buried pipe is 0.6 m/s-0.8 m/s,the buried pipe heat exchanger has high efficiency.At this time,the arrangement of buried pipes can avoid excessive investment and solve the problem of excessive land occupation.
