摘 要:现代电力系统存在海量的状态、开关、保护信息,精确的故障解析诊断方法难以实现。提出一种基于矩阵运算,考虑元件关联关系和信息关联关系的故障解析诊断方法。首先,定义元件关联关系矩阵来描述实际电网中各元件的连接关系,根据矩阵拓扑和开关、保护装置,建立继电保护动作逻辑链。其次,拓展定义出事件关系描述矩阵,用事件发生的布尔逻辑来描述矩阵中的连接弧。借助SCADA等系统的故障相关信息,形成已知事件向量,通过矩阵运算推导故障转移和识别向量,诊断出电网元件故障和保护装置故障。最后,通过对四区域输电网和四川某地220 kV输电网故障的诊断及分析,验证了所提方法的可行性与有效性。Modern power system has a large amount of status,switch and protection information,which makes it difficult to implement accurate analytical method of fault diagnosis.Fault analytical diagnosis method considering component relationship and information relationship is proposed based on matrix operation.Firstly,the component relation matrix is defined to describe the connection relationship of each component in actual power grid,and the relay protection action logic chain is established according to the matrix topology,circuit breaker and protection device.Secondly,the definition of event relationship matrix is expanded,the Boolean logic of event occurrence is used to describe the connecting arcs in the matrix.With the help of the fault-related information by SCADA and other systems,known event vector is formed,the fault transfer vector and fault identification vector with matrix calculations are derived to diagnose grid component faults and protection device faults.Finally,the fault diagnosis and analysis of four-area transmission network and a 220 kV transmission network in Sichuan province verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
