摘 要:为了在设计阶段预判塑料燃油箱成型可行性及箱体壁厚分布情况,将实际工艺参数转化成软件识别的数学模型,通过BlowView软件对吹塑过程进行数值模拟,得到型坯尺寸及壁厚分布结果,并与实际结果进行对比分析。结果表明:模拟飞边尺寸与实际飞边尺寸较一致,最大误差值为15 mm,箱体整体平均壁厚相差0.08 mm,模拟边缘位置壁厚较实际壁厚偏薄0.5 mm左右,箱体整体分布趋势较一致。In order to predict the feasibility of plastic fuel tank molding and the distribution of box wall thickness in the design stage,the actual process parameters were transformed into a mathematical model recognized by software.The blow molding process was numerically simulated through the BlowView software to obtain the parison size and wall thickness.The thickness distribution results were compared and analyzed with the actual results.The results show that the simulated flash size is more consistent with the actual flash size,the maximum error value is 15 mm,the difference of the overall average wall thickness of the box is 0.08 mm,the wall thickness at the simulated edge is about 0.5 mm thinner than the actual wall thickness,and the overall distribution trend of the box is consistent.
