摘 要:采集了福州市区4条街道灰尘并将其分成5个粒径大小不同的组分,分析了原灰尘及其粒径组分中多环芳烃(PAHs)的含量和组成,并采用苯并[a]芘(BaP)毒性当量浓度(TEQ_(BaP))和终生致癌风险(ILCR)模型对原灰尘和粒径组分中PAHs的毒性和人体健康风险进行了评估。结果表明,4条街道灰尘中PAHs总量范围为560~1323μg·kg^(-1),PAHs组成中4环含量最高,占比为40.3%~52.6%。不同粒径组分中的PAHs总量都按2~20μm、<2μm、20~53μm、53~250μm和>250μm的顺序递减。粒径组分中PAHs的总量与其比表面积显著正相关(P<0.05,n=20),与总碳含量之间无显著相关关系。虽然灰尘中<53μm组分的质量百分比只有3.10%~9.65%,但其富集的PAHs量却占灰尘中PAHs总量的80.11%~83.65%,其中2~20μm组分的贡献率最大,均超过40%。2~20μm组分中总TEQ_(BaP)值显著高于其他粒径组分(P<0.01),且其总致癌风险值也最大(1.40×10^(-6)~6.04×10^(-5))。原灰尘及其各粒径组分中PAHs对成人和儿童暴露的总致癌风险值均小于10^(-4),属于无风险或有潜在人体健康风险水平。Dust samples were collected from four streets in Fuzhou and divided into five particle-size fractions.The contents and composition of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs)were analyzed in bulk and particle-size fractions of dust samples.The toxicity equivalent of benzo[a]pyrene(TEQ_(BaP))and the incremental lifetime cancer risk(ILCR)were adopted to assess the toxicity and health risks of PAHs in the bulk dust samples,as well as in the particle-size fractions.The results showed that the total contents of PAHs of dust samples from four streets were in the range of 560~1323μg·kg^(-1),and the contents of 4-ring PAHs were the highest in PAH composition,accounting for 40.3%~52.6%.The total PAH contents in different particle-size fractions decreased in the order of 2~20μm,<2μm,20~53μm,53~250μm and>250μm.The contents of PAHs in particle-size fractions had a significant correlation with their specific surface area(P<0.05,n=20),but had no significant correlation with total carbon contents.Although the fractions of<53μm accounted for only 3.10%~9.65%of the total dust mass,they accounted for 80.11%~83.65%of total PAHs in dust,and the contribution of 2~20μm fraction was highest,exceeding 40%.The total TEQ_(BaP) value in 2~20μm fraction was significantly higher than that in other fractions(P<0.01),and its total ILCR value was also highest among all particle-size fractions.The total ILCR values for adult and children exposure to PAHs in bulk dust and its fractions were all less than 10^(-4),belonging to the level of no risk or potential health risk.
