摘  要:三氯生(TCS)是一种人工合成的抗菌剂,主要通过污水排放和污泥施用进入自然环境,进而引发一系列环境问题。向土壤中添加含有TCS的污泥,并向其中添加两种不同温度(300℃和600℃)制备的互花米草生物炭(BC300和BC600),添加比例分别为1%、2%和5%。通过90 d的萝卜盆栽实验,探究生物炭对土壤中TCS的生物有效性和对微生物群落结构的影响。结果表明,生物炭的添加抑制了萝卜根系对土壤中TCS的吸收,降低了土壤中TCS的可提取量,且生物炭的添加量越多,土壤中TCS可提取量越低。种植萝卜促进了所有处理土壤中TCS的消解。生物炭的添加明显改变了土壤微生物群落结构,其中BC600显著提高土壤微生物磷脂脂肪酸(PLFAs)总量,而种植萝卜可以减弱生物炭对土壤微生物群落结构的改变。研究结果为TCS污染土壤的农业安全利用提供了一个有效的方法和理论依据。Triclosan(TCS)is a synthetic antibacterial agent,which enters natural environment mainly through sewage discharge and sludge application,causing a series of environmental problems.Biochar produced from Spartina alterniflora at 300℃and 600℃(BC300 and BC600)were added to the soil amended with sewage sludge containing TCS at the application rates of 1%,2%and 5%,respectively.The effects of biochar on the phytoavailability of TCS and microbial community structure in soil were studied through a pot experiment with radish for 90 days.The results showed that the addition of biochar inhibited TCS absorption by radish roots and reduced the extractable amount of TCS in soil.The more biochar was added,the lower the extractable amount of TCS in soil.Planting radish promoted the dissipation of TCS in soils for all treatments.Soil microbial community structure was significantly altered by the addition of biochar,especially for BC600.It significantly increased the total amount of soil microbial phospholipid fatty acids(PLFAs).However,the effect of biochar on the alteration of soil microbial community structure was weakened by planting radish.This study would provide an efficient method and theoretical base for the safe use of soils polluted with TCS in agriculture.
