摘  要:提高高炉铁钩的使用寿命有利于炼铁厂的生产稳定性,同时也可以降低耐火材料消耗。唐钢自2020年退城搬迁至唐山乐亭后,高炉主铁沟通铁量一直处于较低水平,其中2020年下半年高炉主铁沟的平均通铁量仅为7万吨,不利于生产的稳定。通过调研发现,影响唐钢新区高炉主铁钩寿命的原因主要为主铁沟沟型不合理、休风复风作业无标准。本文针对上述影响因素分别制定了改进措施,通过主铁沟耐火材料局部加强、规范高炉休风复风作业等改进措施的实施,在2021年第4季度高炉主铁沟平均通铁量达到13.32万吨,较投产初期提升超过90%。Improving the service life of the blast furnace iron ditch is beneficial to the production stability of the iron plant,and it can also reduce the consumption of refractory materials. Since 2020,Tanggang has relocated from the city proper to Tangshan Laoting,the pass through iron quantity of blast furnace main iron ditch has always been at a low level,among them,in the second half of 2020,the average pass through iron quantity of blast furnace main iron ditch only 70,000 tons,which is not conducive to the stability of production. Through investigation and research,it is found that the reasons affecting the life of the main iron ditch of the blast furnace in Tang gang new area are the shape unreasonable of main iron ditch,and there is no working standard for blast furnace shutdown and blast furnace reblowing. This paper formulated improvement measures for the above influencing factors,through the implementation of the improvement measures for strengthen the local refractory materials of the main iron ditch,standardize the blast furnace shutdown and blast furnace reblowing operations and other,the average pass through iron quantity in main iron ditch of blast furnace has reached 133,200 tons in the fourth quarter of 2021,compared with put on production preliminary stage,the increase is more than 90%.
