摘 要:烧结矿碱度是指烧结矿中碱性氧化物与酸性氧化物的比值,其表达式通常采用的是二元碱度,即CaO/SiO_(2)。烧结矿碱度稳定率是烧结矿质量的主要衡量标准之一,对高炉稳定顺行及经济技术指标有重要影响。邯钢炼铁部2号烧结机烧结矿碱度稳定率在85%左右,为进一步提高烧结矿碱度稳定率,本文结合2号烧结生产具体情况,对影响碱度稳定率的因素进行了分析,提出了减少烧结矿碱度波动的应对措施。通过加强对混匀料换堆、除尘灰配加方式、电子皮带秤校秤、熔剂监管、取样化验和熔剂调整的管理,使2号烧结机烧结矿碱度稳定率提升到90%。Sinter alkalinity refers to the ratio of alkaline oxide to acid oxide in sinter,its expression usu⁃ally adopts binary alkalinity,namely CaO/SiO_(2).Alkalinity stability rate of the sinter is one of the main criteria for sinter quality,which has an important impact on the stable running and econo-technical norms of blast furnace.The sinter basicity stability rate of sinter in No.2 sintering machine of Hangang ironmaking department is about 85%,in order to further improve the basicity stability of sinter,combined with the specific situation of No.2 sintering machine production,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the sinter basicity stability,and puts forward the countermeasures to reduce the basicity fluctuation of sinter.Through strengthening the management of mixing material stacking,adding method of dust remov⁃al ash,electronic belt scale calibration,flux supervision,sampling and testing and flux adjustment,the sinter alkalinity stability rate of No.2 sintering machine was increased to 90%.
