摘　　要：破鳞机是不锈钢热轧退火酸洗线的重要工艺设备,其主要作用是机械去除热轧不锈钢表面氧化物和改善退火后带钢板型,对后续带钢酸洗质量、表明粗糙度和板型质量有着很大的影响。现实生产中,破鳞机经常出现故障,严重时会影响到产线的运行效率以及产品质量控制。本文系统分析了不锈钢热轧退火酸洗线破鳞机的结构及其特点,详细介绍破鳞机的工作原理及控制模式在生产线中的作用,以及破鳞机使用时常见故障。通过对破鳞机常见故障的分析,从破鳞机的控制方面提出了优化改进措施。The scale breaker is an important process equipment of stainless steel hot rolling annealing and pickling line,its main function is to mechanically remove the oxide on the surface of hot rolled stainless steel and improve the strip shape of band steel after annealed,which has a great impact on the subsequent band steel pickling quality,surface roughness and strip shape quality. In real production,the scale breaker often breaks down,at the situation serious,which will affect the operation efficiency of the produce line and product quality control. This paper systematically analyzes the structure and characteristics of the scale breaker in the stainless steel hot rolling annealing and pickling line,introduced in detail the working principle of the scale breaker and the function of the control mode in the production line,and common faults of scale breaker in use. Through analyzing the common faults of the scale breaker,the optimization and improvement measures are put forward from the control of the scale breaker.
