摘  要:针对热轧带钢表面存在的麻点缺陷,利用扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)分析了麻点缺陷的形貌与元素构成,并在实验室进行了模拟酸洗试验。结果表明:麻点缺陷表现为氧化铁皮脱落和压入,一方面因Mn含量控制不当导致氧化铁皮脱落,另一方面粗轧过程中除鳞不彻底导致精轧过程中氧化铁皮压入,两者综合导致了麻点缺陷的产生。麻点缺陷在酸洗后会在带钢表面留下凹坑,且凹坑可能会保留到冷轧板上,在冷轧时造成轧辊氧化膜脱落,形成新的氧化铁皮压入缺陷,影响钢卷表面质量。According to surface pitting defect on the on hot-rolled strip,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS)were used to analyze the morphology and elements composition of the pitting defect region,and the simulated acid pickling test was carried out in the laboratory. The results show that the pitting defect is manifested as the peeling and pressing of the iron oxide scale. On the one hand the improper control of Mn element content leads to the peeling of the iron oxide scale,on the other hand the incomplete descaling in the rough rolling process leads to the pressing of the iron oxide scale in the finishing rolling process,and the two reasons lead to arising of the pitting defect.The pitting defect will leave pits on the surface of the steel plate after acid pickling,and the pits may be remained on the cold rolled plate,during cold rolling,which will cause the oxide film of the roll to fall off,and forming new oxide scale pressing defects,will affects the surface quality of strip.
