摘　　要：热轧带钢具有易加工、易调控、截面形状好、吨钢成本低且生产工艺灵活等优势,广泛用于焊管、金属构件加工等行业。联合特钢公司热轧带钢生产线因建设、投产时间较早,存在着工艺装备配置差、生产工艺落后、生产效率低、产品能耗高等问题,已制约了产线的生存发展。本文介绍了联合特钢公司为实现产线高效化、智能化和绿色化生产模式,开展的低耗、低排放的高精度智能烧钢工艺以及粗轧的不均匀宽展孔型优化技术、热轧带钢的全工况高效连续轧制技术等工艺改进措施的研究。实践证明,工艺改进措施实施后,带钢的产品质量和产线生产效率明显提升,产品市场竞争力大大增强。Hot rolled strip steel has the advantages of easy processing,easy regulation,good section shape,low cost per ton of steel and flexible production process,it is widely used in welded pipe,metal components and other industries. Due to the early construction and operation time of the hot strip production line in United Special Steel Co.,there are some problems such as poor allocation of process equipment,backward production process,low production efficiency and high product energy consumption,which have restricted the survival and development of the production line. This paper introduces the research on the technological improvement measures In order to realize the high-efficiency,intelligent and green production mode of the production line in United Special Steel Co.,such as high-precision intelligent steel burning process with low consumption and low emission,uneven wide spread pass optimization technology of rough rolling,full condition high-efficiency continuous rolling technology of hot rolled strip and so on. Practice has proved that after the implementation of process improvement measures,the product quality and production efficiency of strip steel are significantly improved,and the market competitiveness of products is greatly enhanced.
