摘  要:开发成本的控制是页岩气实现规模开采和商业化应用的重要因素。“快打井、打好井”,能够促进开发效益的提升,适应加快页岩气勘探开发的战略需求。结合川渝某区块油田的实际情况,对现有页岩气井井身结构进行瘦身,缩小整体结构尺寸,提高机械钻速,缩短建井周期,实现降成本控制,从而促进页岩气资源的大规模开发利用。本文根据页岩气井的套管使用性能,就页岩气井井身结构,特别是开次、孔径以及套管规格等方面问题进行了优化设计。The control of development cost is an important factor for large-scale exploitation and commercial application of shale gas. "Fast drilling well and drilling the good well" can promote the development beneficial result and meet the strategic needs of accelerating shale gas exploration and development. Combined with the actual situation of an oil field in Sichuan and Chongqing, the existing shale gas well structure is reduced, reduce the overall structure size, the mechanical drilling rate is improved, the well construction cycle is shortened, and the cost control is realized, so as to promote the large-scale development and utilization of shale gas resources. Based on the casing service performance of shale gas well, this paper optimized the wellbore structure design of shale gas well, especially optimized design of the opening, aperture and casing specification.
