摘  要:常规系统仅在硬件设计中加入滤波器,忽略了软件对监测信号的滤波作用,导致无线通信丢包率和监测数据误差较大.提出基于LoRa无线通信的厂房洁净度远程监测系统.硬件方面,选取远程用户中心、中心基站、信息采集模块,组成系统整体构架,利用LoRa无线通信,组建数据远程传输网络,优化LoRa收发器,在信号调制电路中加入滤波器和滤波放大电路;软件方面,应用滑动滤波和中位值滤波相结合的滤波算法,消除杂质信号对监测信号的干扰,采用统计计算算法,计算厂房粒子浓度最终监测值,判断厂房洁净程度.以半导体厂房为例,布置8个采样点,设置对比实验,结果表明,设计系统减小了无线通信丢包率和粒子浓度监测误差,远程通信性能和数据监测性能明显优于常规系统.Conventional systems only add filters in hardware design,ignoring the filtering effect of software on monitoring signals,resulting in wireless communication packet loss rate and monitoring data errors.A remote monitoring system of workshop cleanliness based on LoRa wireless communication is proposed.In terms of hardware,remote user center,central base station and information acquisition module were selected to form the overall system architecture.LoRa wireless communication was used to build the data remote transmission network,optimize the LoRa transceiver,and add filter and filter amplification circuit into the signal modulation circuit.In terms of software,the filtering algorithm combining sliding filtering and median filtering is used to eliminate the interference of impurity signals on monitoring signals.Statistical calculation algorithm is used to calculate the final monitoring value of particle concentration in the workshop to judge the cleanliness of the workshop.Taking the semiconductor workshop as an example,8 sampling points are arranged and comparative experiments are set up.The results show that the designed system reduces the wireless communication packet loss rate and particle concentration monitoring error,and the remote communication performance and data monitoring performance are obviously better than the conventional system.
