摘  要:通过硫精矿脱水试验研究,采用旋流器+脱水筛+浓密机+陶瓷过滤机的脱水生产工艺,脱水后产品水分小于10%。该工艺成功解决了某钼业公司硫精矿自然晾晒造成的扬尘污染和渗水污染,减少了硫精矿在脱水过程中的损失,实现了清洁环保生产,节约了生产成本,为类似矿山产品脱水工艺提供参考借鉴。Through the experimental research on dehydration of sulfur concentrate,the dehydration production process of cyclone+dewatering screen+thickener+ceramic filter is adopted,and the whole process is smooth in industrial application,and the moisture of the product after dehydration is less than 10%.This process successfully solves the dust pollution and water seepage pollution caused by the natural drying of the sulphur concentrate,reduces the loss of the sulphur concentrate in the dehydration process,realizes clean and environmentally friendly production,saves production costs,and provides a reference for the dehydration process of similar mine products.
