摘 要:河南某氧化钼矿石,钼品位为0.115%,氧化钼品位为0.081%,占总钼的70.43%。原矿破碎至-5 mm,用1%氢氧化钠溶液进行常温堆浸,采用破碎—堆浸—萃取—酸沉的工艺流程,获得钼酸铵产品。最终获得钼总浸出率60.83%,氧化钼浸出率90.12%,钼堆浸作业总回收率84.91%的技术指标。A molybdenum oxide ore in Henan has a molybdenum grade of 0.115%and a molybdenum oxide grade of 0.081%,accounting for 70.43%of the total molybdenum.The raw ore is crushed to-5mm,and 1%sodium hydroxide solution is used for heap leaching at room temperature,and the ammonium molybdate product is obtained by the process of crushing-heap leaching-extraction-acid precipitation.Finally,the technical indicators of total molybdenum leaching rate of 60.83%,molybdenum oxide leaching rate of 90.12%and total recovery rate of molybdenum heap leaching operation of 84.91%are obtained.The leaching tailings can continue to use the flotation process for comprehensive recovery of molybdenum sulfide and lead minerals or for the manufacture of building materials.
