摘  要:为有效解决DURRIDGE RAD7测氡仪等精密仪器易被高压海水损坏、海洋原位测量环境恶劣和原位测量实时通信与控制等问题,文中设计了一种基于STM32F103的海洋氡同位素原位测量进样控制装置。该装置以STM32F103作为主控制芯片,由减压阀与隔膜泵对海水进行处理,结合传感器与测量电路对压力变化处实时监测,可实现海水压力控制并为脱气膜和精密仪器提供更安全稳定的样品;由liqui-cel 3M脱气膜完成海水脱气和蠕动泵定量控制海水与气体,实现了样品定量的自动进样控制;采用定制差分双绞线水密缆实现和本地计算机长距离通信,并设有液体检漏功能。海上试验结果表明,进样控制装置工作稳定、数据完整,可广泛应用于各种海洋氡同位素原位测量和精密仪器的进样控制。Aiming at the problems of DURRIDGE RAD7 radon measuring instrument and precision instrument are easily damaged by high-pressure seawater,harsh environment of in-situ marine measurement and in-situ measurement real-time communication and control,a marine radon isotope in-situ measurement sampling control device based on STM32F103 was designed.The device used STM32F103 as the main control chip,and the seawater was processed by the pressure reducing valve and diaphragm pump,the sensor and measuring circuit were combined to monitor the pressure change in real-time,which can realize the seawater pressure control and provide more secure and stable samples for degassing film and precision instrument.The water was degassed by liqui-cel 3M degassing film and the water and gas were controlled quantitatively by peristaltic pump,which can realize the quantitative automatic sample injection control.Long-distance communication with local computer was realized by custom-made differential twisted-pair watertight cable,and liquid leak detection function was provided.The offshore experiments show that the sampling control device is stable and the data is complete,which can be widely used in various marine radon isotope in-situ measurement and sampling control of precision instruments.
