联用磷酸肌酸钠和曲美他嗪对急性心功能不全患者心脏结构改变和心脏血清学指标的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨联用磷酸肌酸钠和曲美他嗪对急性心功能不全患者心脏结构改变和心脏血清学指标的影响。方法:选取本院收治的106例急性心功能不全患者,简单随机分组分为对照组(传统药物治疗)和试验组(常规药物治疗+磷酸肌酸钠+曲美他嗪),两组各53例。比较两组患者治疗前后心率、心胸比、心脏血清学指标、左心室结构指标、氧化应激指标及不良反应的发生情况。结果:相比对照组,试验组治疗后心胸比、左心室舒张末期末径(LVEDD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPWT)、血清B型钠尿肽(BNP)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)及丙二醛均明显降低,左心室射血分数(LVEF)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)均明显提高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率的比较,并无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:在传统药物治疗的同时,联合应用磷酸肌酸钠和曲美他嗪可有效改善急性心功能不全患者心脏结构改变和心脏血清学指标,取得显著的治疗效果,且二者联用安全可靠。Objective:To investigate the effects of creatine phosphate and trimetazidine on cardiac structural changes and cardiac serological paremeters in patients with acute cardiac insufficiency.Methods:A total of 106 patients with acute cardiac insufficiency in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(conventional drug treatment)and experimental group(conventional drug treatment+creatine phosphate+trimetazidine),53 cases in each group.Heart rate,cardiothoracic ratio,cardiac serological index,left ventricular structure index,oxidative stress index and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Compared with the control group,the cardiothoracic ratio,interventricular septal thickness(IVST),left ventricular posterior wall thickness(LVPWT),serum B-type natriuretic peptide(BNP),N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP)and malondialdehyde in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were significantly increased(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Combined application of creatine phosphate and trimetazidine can effectively improve cardiac structural changes and cardiac serological parameters in patients with acute ardiac insufficiency,and achieve significant therapeutic effect,and the combination of them is safe and reliable.
