摘　　要：【目的】为探明西南稻区杂交籼稻产量和蒸煮食味品质差异,筛选高产优良食味杂交籼稻品种。【方法】以长江上游审定通过并在西南稻区广泛应用的33个杂交籼稻品种为材料,在机插栽培条件下研究了各品种的产量、米饭外观、米饭口感和米饭综合评分的差异,并进行了类型划分。【结果】33个杂交籼稻品种的产量介于6.70-10.50 t/hm^(2),变异系数为10.10%;米饭外观变幅为4.30-8.00,变异系数为12.07%;米饭口感介于4.80-7.50,变异系数为11.17%;米饭的综合评分变幅为62.15-85.10,变异系数为7.94%。进一步依据以稻谷产量、米饭外观、米饭口感和米饭综合评分的聚类分析结果,将33个杂交籼稻品种划分为高产优良食味、高产普通食味、低产优良食味和低产普通食味4种类型,分别占比为15.15%、30.30%、33.33%和21.21%。【结论】高产优良食味杂交籼稻包括晶两优534、晶两优华占、蓉18优2348、宜香优1108和宜香优2115,这类品种产量均>8.45 t/hm^(2)、米饭外观均>6.40、米饭口感均>6.70、米饭综合评分均>75.00。【Objective】This paper aims to investigate the difference in grain yield and cooking and eating quality of hybrid indica rice in Southwestern rice area and screen the hybrid indica rice varieties with high yield and good taste.【Method】33 hybrid indica rice varieties were used as materials to compare the differences in grain yield,appearance,taste and overall score of rice in mechanized transplanting.【Result】The grain yield of 33 hybrid indica rice varieties ranged from 6.70-10.50 t/hm^(2),and the coefficient of variation was 10.10%;the appearance of rice was 4.30-8.00,and the coefficient of variation was 12.07%;the taste of rice was 4.80-7.50,and the coefficient of variation was 11.17%;the overall score of rice was 62.15-85.10,whereas the coefficient of variation was 7.94%. Further cluster analysis results of rice grain yield,appearance,taste,and overall score,33 hybrid indica rice varieties were divided into four types:high yield and good taste,high yield with common taste,low yield with good taste,low yield and common taste,and the proportions were 15.15%,30.30%,33.33% and 21.21%,respectively. 【Conclusion】High yield and good taste hybrid indica rice varieties includes Jingliangyou534,Jingliangyouhuazhan,Rong18you2348,Yixiangyou1108 and Yixiangyou2115. The grain yield of these varieties was over 8.45 t/hm^(2),rice appearance was over 6.40,rice taste was over 6.70 and rice overall score was over 75.00.
