摘 要:【目的】2-N,N-二乙氨基乙基己酸酯(DTA-6)对大豆不同冠层叶片光合特性及产量的影响,为化控技术在大豆高产栽培中的应用提供技术支持。【方法】试验采用双因素随机区组设计,以耐荫型大豆“南豆25”为材料,主因素为种植模式:单作(IS)、套作(SS),副因素为DTA-6浓度:0、20、40、60、80和100 mg/L,分别记为CK、D20、D40、D60、D80和D100,研究初花期叶面喷施DTA-6对大豆植株叶片数量、冠层光合特性及产量的影响。【结果】D40、D60处理对上层叶片的叶绿素含量增加最为明显,套作模式分别较CK增加14.52%、15.81%,中层叶片的叶绿素含量以D20处理最高,下层叶片的则以CK最高。D20、D40处理对大豆不同冠层叶片胞间二氧化碳浓度、蒸腾速率以及中、下层叶片的气孔导度增加最为显著,D20处理较CK的P_(n)值提高。在叶片数量方面,以D40处理最高,套作模式较CK高12.87%。DTA-6通过改善套作大豆不同冠层叶片的光合特性,增加了叶片数量以及叶绿素含量,使植株的干物质积累能力得到增强,单株产量提高,D40处理总干物质积累量较CK高24.20%,D40、D60处理产量分别较CK增加83.62%、116.83%。【结论】DTA-6提高中上层大豆叶面积,增强大豆叶片数含量;改善中上层光合速率,显著提高大豆花后物质积累与产量,在两种模式下均以D60处理最好。【Objective】This papare intends to study the effects of 2-N,n-diethylaminoethyl caproate(DTA-6)on photosynthetic characteristics and yield of soybean leaves in different canopy layers,so as to provide technical support for the application of chemical control technology in high-yield cultivation of soybean.【Method】The shade-tolerant soybean "Nandou 25" was used as material to analyze by a twofactor randomized block design. The main planting mode were monocropping(IS)and intercropping(SS),and the secondary factors were DTA-6 concentration of 0,20,40,60,80 and 100 mg/L,which were denoted by CK,D20,D40,D60,D80 and D100,respectively. The effects of foliar spraying DTA-6on leaf number,canopy photosynthetic characteristics and yield of soybean at initial flowering stage were studied.【Result】D40 and D60 treatments increased the chlorophyll content of upper leaves most significantly,and the intercropping mode increased by 14.52% and 15.81%,respectively compared with CK.The chlorophyll content of middle leaves was the highest in D20 treatment,and that of lower leaves was the highest in CK. D20 and D40 treatments increased the intercellular carbon dioxide concentration,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance of middle and lower leaves of soybean in different canopy layers,and the Pnvalue of D20 treatment was higher than that of CK. In terms of chlorophyll content,the number of leaves in D40 treatment was the highest,and the intercropping mode was 12.87% higher than CK. By improving the photosynthetic characteristics of leaves in different canopy layers of intercropping soybean,DTA-6 increased the number of leaves and chlorophyll content,enhanced the dry matter accumulation capacity of plants and increased the yield per plant. The total dry matter accumulation of D40 treatment was24.20% higher than CK,and the yields of D40 and D60 treatment were 83.62% and 116.83% higher than CK respectively.【Conclusion】DTA-6 increased the leaf area and leaf number of soybean in the middle and upper layer;D60 treatment was
