摘  要:以贴梗海棠(Chaenomeles speciosa)当年生半木质化枝条为试验材料,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交试验设计,开展了贴梗海棠全光照喷雾嫩枝扦插育苗技术研究。结果表明:插穗生根率受采穗部位影响显著,采于枝条中部的插穗生根率最好,梢部的插穗扦插生根质量(生根数量和生根长度)最好;生根剂浓度对促进扦插生根具有显著的促进作用,以400 mg·L^(-1)浸泡处理生根率最高;生根剂种类对生根率和生根质量影响不显著。Taking the current year semi-lignified branches of Chaenomeles speciosa as experimental materials,the study on twig cutting of C.speciosa techniques under full sunlight spraying was carried out using L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal design.The results showed that rooting rate of cuttings was significantly affected by the type of cuttings,which the middle of branch cuttings had the best root rate.The cutting of treetop had the best rooting quality(rooting quantity and rooting length).The concentration of rooting agent can significantly promote the rooting rate of cuttings,which reached the highest level when the agent concentration was 400 mg·L^(-1).The types of rooting agents had no significant effect on rooting rate and rooting quality.
