摘 要:核桃黑斑病是由黄单孢杆菌属的核桃黄极毛杆菌(Xanthomonas campestris pv.juglandis)和链格孢菌(Alternaria alternata)复合侵染发生的病害。为控制该病害的危害,以核桃黑斑病叶分离的主要病原物链格孢菌为研究对象,采用菌丝生长速率法和培养皿玻片法,研究了不同环境条件对链格孢菌的菌丝生长及孢子萌发的影响,结果表明:链格孢菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发的适宜温度均为25~30℃;全光照下利于菌丝生长,全黑暗和光暗交替可促进孢子萌发;孢子萌发的适宜pH为7~9,pH为9时最适宜菌丝的生长。Walnut black spot disease is caused by the compound infection of Xanthomonas campestris pv.juglandis and Alternaria alternata.In order to provide the theoretical basis for control the disease,the characteristics of main pathogen A.alternata isolated from walnut leaf black spot was studied using the mycelium growth rate method and petri dish slide method to clarify the effects of different environmental conditions on pathogen mycelial growth and spore germination.The results showed that the optimum temperature for mycelial growth and spore germination was 25-30℃;full sunlight was beneficial to mycelial growth,alternating light and dark promoted spore germination;the optimum pH value for spore germination was pH7-9,the most suitable pH for mycelial growth was pH=9.
